Castel Gandolfo is preparing to warmly welcome Pope Leo XIV for a special two-week summer stay from July 6 to July 20. This small lakeside town, which last hosted a pope during Benedict XVI’s pontificate, revives a historic connection dating back 400 years. The town is buzzing with excitement as they prepare for the Holy Father's arrival. Pope Leo XIV will participate in public events while there, meet crowds, celebrate Mass, and participate in Angelus prayers before returning to the Vatican. EWTN Vatican Correspondent Magdalena Wolinska-Riedi has more.
